Mission
Our passion is cooking and we encourage our fellow chefs to use this group as a foundation for a broad range of academic and professional careers, knowledge and ideas. Our conviction is that the hard and soft skills learned in the kitchen can be applied meaningfully in all avenues of a fulfilling life.
Our goal is to cultivate a vibrant cohort of young professionals who are committed to advancing the culinary arts and beyond.
Through the lessons they learn from the Professional kitchens or at school, we hope that they will continue to think about creative solutions whether it is in the kitchen, their communities, or the world. We encourage them in their efforts to foster a culinary industry that is inclusive, healthy, and mindful of its social and environmental impact.

We created this Organisation for the sole purpose of uniting talents around the region and to bring up the flair and passion within each individual towards their craft. It is our belief that our fellow Chefs has so much more to offer in the culinary world. At CAC, we see the kitchen as the heart and soul of our industry, where highly trained chefs gather to share in ideas and knowledge as well creating bond and friendship.
