Chef Nekko is the Co-founder of Chef's Association of Cebu. A Chef with broad experience in all aspects of kitchen management. He has a vast experience in large multi - outlets operations, large banquet operations and staff management. 3 company properties opening experience. He focus on team work & training. A total of 8 years practical experience with multi culture kitchen brigades trained in HACCP, ISO 22000 and food safety management systems. Now he is currently a Sous Chef at The Grand Hyatt Manila.

With years of professional cooking Chef Ivan posseses the passion, world experience, and culinary expertise to provide impeccable service and 5 star culinary creations to satisfy your every food and taste desire. While proficient in a variety of cuisines and modern cooking techniques he also has the sensitivity to create custom menus in accordance with your lifestyle and eating habits, while meeting all your dietary considerations. He will be joining Grand Hyatt Manila as a Chef de Partie this month.

Chef Pete, started his cooking career as a chef in 2012 at the Quest Hotel and Conference Center. From there, he has worked in various positions at many hotels and restaurants around Cebu. Currently he is the Sous  Chef  at Yellow Belly,  r renowned restaurant in St. John's Labrador, designs and facilitates pop-up dinners every week at Yellow Belly, as well as hand-crafting every dish for his menu at the restaurant. When he's not in the kitchen, Chef Pete enjoys travelling and Music.
